Today my sweet little girl turns six and I can hardly believe it! Seriously, how is that possible? Going through these old pictures, brings back so many joyful memories with this sweet girl. Here’s a look back over the years…

Good Morning! Hope you had a lovely weekend! Ours included yard work, cleaning house, opening day for Preston’s baseball season, and preparing for a little change around our home...me starting back to work. Today I’m starting a new part time job after 3 years of being at home with my kids. I worked for 11 years before staying home and I'm kind of looking forward to getting back into it. I have all kinds of emotions…but excited and nervous are the two big ones. It’s the perfect job and I am so thankful for it - thanks Lorie ;)
And a big thank you to everyone who left me several very sweet comments on instagram yesterday about this new striped jacket that I shared in the picture above. Because it received so much love it became the inspiration for today’s post. I feel like it is a great Spring transitional look, so I decided to put an outfit together with similar pieces. I actually got the blazer at a friend’s Cabi party and love it!
I’m a huge fan of classic pieces and I think this striped blazer will be a great addition to my wardrobe. Love simple, timeless items.
Have a great day!

Good Morning! We have been blessed with some warmer weather this week and I am so thankful for it! I not only hit the Garden Center yesterday, but as I shared on Instagram, I started clearing out my mudroom. I put away some of our big, heavy winter coats, gloves, hats, etc. and love the new, clean space. So today I thought I would link up with the five on Friday group...Darci, Natasha, Christina, & April and share five ways to welcome Spring into your home. All of these ideas I have shared on this blog before, but I have actually forgot about some of them, so I thought I would share them again since you maybe have forgotten too J
One – Design watercolor Easter eggs with your kids. Use a white crayon to design your eggs and then paint over them with watercolor paints to see the design magically appear. Next up...
