Southern Charm Beach House

I can't believe it is August 1st today.  I am so not ready for summer to be over.  Thank goodness we still have one more beach trip planned next week to one of my favorite beach spots...Seaside, Fl.  So keeping summer alive today, I have a beautiful beach home to share with you that reminds me of so much of those gorgeous Seaside homes, but it is right here on the Texas gulf coast in a beach community called Cinnamon Shore.  This stunning beach home belongs to Amanda, who grew up in the same tiny town (population 2100) as I did.  We attended high school together and both our parents still live there.  Not only do we have those roots in common, but we also both share a love for home design.  Mandy has an amazing eye for design and is super talented with her décor style.  I absolutely love everything she has done in this beach home that she and her husband just finished in Port Aransas, TX.  Growing up we went to Port A every summer with a large group of family and friends, so I love that it now boost such beautiful community.

Stunning!  It looks like a home straight out of a magazine.  I love every room and every detail.  We actually vacationed at Cinnamon Shore last summer, so you might remember me sharing about that trip here.  Mandy's house was just getting started when we were there, but we walked right by it everyday to both the beach and the pool, so the location is perfect to both.  What great memories she and her beautiful family will have here!
