boxwood christmas mantel

This year for my Christmas mantel I decided to use preserved boxwoods in lieu of garland ~ and I'm so happy with how it turned out!  I love the square wreath boxwood, that I picked up at West Elm.  I had already owned the other two topiaries, so when I saw this square wreath I knew that a simple boxwood theme would be how I decorated my mantel this year.

The glass antiqued mercury Christmas tree is a favorite of mine as well.

Our mantel is surrounded by our Christmas tree on one side and by a trio of smaller lighted trees on the other side, creating a beautiful Christmas atmosphere in our family room.

More to come on the Christmas tree next week!

Merry Monday

So honored that this mantel was featured on Houzz

  2. Becky I love the boxwood wreaths, I wish I could find a good deal on them, they're always so expensive. Did you make your own? Your mantel looks fantastic.

    1. Hi Leslie! Thanks so much for your very sweet comment!

I bought the the two potted boxwoods from Restoration Hardware about 2 years ago. They are expensive, but they stay out all year and move around my house a lot, so I feel like it was worth the money :)

It's so pretty with just green and white. To be honest, this are the color combo my family & I decided to use on Christmas Eve.

    Great job...

BTW, I am new in your blog... nice to find you.
