Ingredients
3 tablespoons of butter1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Method
- Preheat over to 375 degrees.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in the mushrooms and onions, and cook until tender.
- Sprinkle with the flour. Reduce heat to low, and continue cooking 5 minutes.
- Mix in sour cream and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to small casserole dish, and top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until bubbly.
- Serve warm on crackers or bread (I served with Pita chips.)
