Individual Seven Layer Dips
Ingredients
- One (16 ounce) can refried beans
- One (1 ounce) package taco seasoning
- One cup guacamole
- One (8 ounce) container sour cream
- One cup chunky salsa
- One cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
- Two tomatoes, diced
- Six-eight green onions, sliced
- One (2.25 ounce) can of sliced olives, drained
- Tortilla chips of your choice
- Ten plastic tumblers (9 ounce)
Instructions
- In a small bowl mix taco seasoning with refried beans. You can mix it with the sour cream, but mixing with the beans will give you a brighter white layer.
- Assemble layers as follows: bean/taco seasoning mixture, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, cheese, tomatoes, green onions, olives
- Store in refrigerator until serving and serve with tortilla chips
- Yields about 10 cups

These individual dips make it so easy for guest to grab-and-go. They will definitely be a replacing my big casserole dish of seven layer dip.

Those are cute! I make a big bowl all the time, I dont know why I never thought to do individual....wonder if I could freeze some in small ziploc bags?!? hmmmm....thanks for the ideas! :)
