Ingredients
- Ciabatta bread
- Mozzarella cheese - deli sliced
- Provolone cheese - deli sliced
- Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic powder
- Marinara Sauce
Method
- Preheat pan with olive oil
- Sprinkle in a pinch of Italian seasoning and garlic powder with olive oil
- Assemble sandwich with 2 slices of provolone and 2 slices of mozzarella cheese
- Place the other half of bread on top of cheese slices and cook in pan until golden brown
- Flip sandwich and cook the other side until golden brown
- Top with grated parmesan cheese
- Serve hot with marinara sauce

I made these little grilled cheese sandwiches over the weekend and they were so delish! They ooze with cheese and have a perfect toasted outside. We dipped them in our favorite marinara and enjoyed every bite. I'm definitely adding them to our "keeper" recipe list.
