We spent 4 days soaking up the sand, sun and sea with my family at the Texas coast a few days before the fourth. Port Aransas is where we went every summer when I was growing up, so it's always fun to go back. I have lots of great memories of this little beach town. This year we rented a 5 bedroom beach house since there were 18 of us!
- Ferry boat ride from Aransas Pass to Port Aransas. It was a 1 hour wait to get on the ferry because it was July 4th weekend, but once we finally got aboard several dolphins put on a great show for us!
- Lyla loved making sand castles and pretended they were doll houses.
- Preston loved the water and the waves. He was a boogie boarding kid.
- Grant and my brother were the horseshoe champs!
