This is a super easy project. Take an old picture frame and upcycle it into a new tray.
First, I grabbed a small picture frame from the closet that I was no longer using because the stand on the back was worn out, headed to the craft closet and picked out some wrapping paper (really loving polka dots lately), and then headed into the garage and grabbed a can of leftover white paint, along with an old paint brush.
I removed the back stand, added a couple of coats of paint, cut the paper and placed it into the frame and my pretty, new, fresh, white tray was complete! I plan to keep the tray in my closet to hold some of my jewelry pieces.
Here is another super easy diy project for your next fiesta:
Loving that polka dot paper too! Great quick project.
ReplyDeleteThat looks great, I'd never think of that idea! I have such a pretty frame I wanted to use but the stand is all wonky now from the weight of the actual frame, maybe I'll give this a try!
ReplyDeleteWhere oh where is that bracelet from?! I'm in lurve!

ReplyDeletePinned one of these pictures, this is an amazing idea! I know when I hop into bed I always forget to take out my earrings and I put them on my side table and a lot of times it will roll off the table. Putting this frame idea on my night stand would be perfect!
