I was digging through my recipes over the weekend and came across this pasta which had an interesting mix of ingredients. Striving to eat healthier meals and the fact that I had almost every ingredient, I threw it together and was pleased with the results! It's a delightful mix of flavors and textures. Loved all the pretty colors together as well :)
Enjoy
Sounds yummy! How was the dressing? Did those flavors blend well with the sweetness of the strawberries and apples?
ReplyDeleteWhen I first mixed up the dressing I was worried that the mustard would be too strong, but once it was on the salad it was delicious. The sweet strawberries and apples with the mustard was yummy. My husband even took it to lunch the next day. I laughed because I thought it was kind of a girlie salad. Ha!
